Anna has been coaching practices for the last 28 years. Dana has 11 years coaching experience. They have coached teams from the ground up, creating customized systems a long the way. When properly implemented, these protocols and systems will take the guess work out of your front desk, create solid training standards, and save your practice!

Along with her husband, Anna has had the honor of not only growing a successful business but also raising two wonderful children and two beautiful grandchildren. She also has devoted time over the last nine years as a volunteer member of the security team for Elevation Church. Her care and dedication expand throughout both her business and her home.
Dana Moss, founder of PPO Dental Consulting, is a PPO business coach with a focus on dental insurance. She is a money finder, PPO practice builder, and team motivator, ready to empower dental practices to increase profitability without sacrificing service-oriented care.
Dana has worked as a front office coordinator, insurance specialist, office manager and practice administrator.
